Our homes are staffed 24 hours a day by “waking” staff, with either a Nurse or a Senior Care Officer in charge at all times.
Alongside the care staff there is a dedicated team of cooks and housekeeping staff who also play a major part in the life of the home.
We support and encourage our staff with on going training, many of whom have completed an SVQ in their field, or are training towards one. This improves their skills and so enhances the care we can give. We also have a comprehensive in house training policy to ensure the staff we employ maintain the standards we set.
